This role will oversee all creative for the brand ensuring we have a cohesive look and feel across touchpoints driving brand equity and awareness. This role will report into the VP, Brand & Marketing and be pivotal in ensuring that Pehr has best-in-class design that is aligned with Pehr’s overall brand vision and strategic goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conceptualize and create outstanding print, digital and interactive creative to support strategic brand plans, including website creative, email marketing, digital banner ads, print materials and renderings of environments for in-person experiences.

• Work with the marketing team to ideate engaging creative initiatives that enhance the consumers’ interaction with our brand.

• Bring the brand to life across various traditional marketing assets including wholesale catalogs, packaging and print collateral pieces 

• Maintain & evolve brand style guide, typography, colour and evolving the brand online and offline 

• Review all production materials on assigned projects, and sign off prior to forwarding job to production

• Through a creative approach, contribute to the constant evolution of the Pehr Brand on and offline.

• Assist in the end-to-end creative direction of E-Commerce and lifestyle photography

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, test, and implement creative designs across multiple platforms 

• Manage Junior Designer and other freelance creatives as needed.


Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), preparing files as required (traditional & web); slicing/resizing images.

• Experience designing experiences for the web including responsive HTML/CSS

Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Completing all Major’s product set-up forms and provide assets as per the customer’s requirements

Strategic Planning:

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field, - master’s
degree is an asset

• 3 to 5 years’ previous work experience in sales and management of key retailers, preferably in the juvenile or apparel industry. Previous experience working with Amazon is an asset

Pehr is looking for a freelance Textile Print Designer with 3-5 years’ experience to join our team in the Toronto office. Experience in baby & children’s apparel an asset.

Reporting to the Director of Design & Product Development, this Designer will play an invaluable role in creating original graphic designs, illustrations, and patterns for assigned lines. You’ll take the lead by executing the development process of prints and artwork from sample development all the way through to production while adhering to planned timelines.

This role will see you working in a fast pace environment with designers, merchants and manufacturers to implement playfully sophisticated product ideas and render them into functional products with impeccable quality and attention to detail. You’ll get hands on experience in the front lines and gain working insights on what it takes to go from concept to reality.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create and prepare original textile graphics designs, illustrations, prints and/or patterns exclusive to Pehr for assigned brands

• Create detailed artwork specs, including updating of tech packs and revisions throughout the product development process

• Manage packaging and labelling artwork and ensure compliance requirements are met

• Working under the direction of the PD team to ensure the product’s manufacturability and meeting set price points

As Inventory Analyst at Pehr, you will join the planning team of one of the fastest growing global childrens brands. 

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the inventory analyst plays an integral role in the company’s ability to achieve its strategic objectives of maximizing growth opportunities while ensuring the efficient management of inventory is maintained. 

With your solid understanding of key inventory metrics and your desire to learn and grow in a fast moving environment, you will build on your previous experience in retail planning and expand on your knowledge in this fast growing omni channel environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure the consistent maintenance of min/max stock levels by SKU, by location through ongoing analysis and monitoring. Make recommendations for replenishment and/or stock transfers between warehouse(s) as required

• Collaborate with merchandise planner to develop new flow strategies for product and implement new item forecasts to ensure optimal initial flow at time of first receipt

• Demonstrate resourcefulness and autonomy by developing new tools or automated processes to optimize the forecast / inventory / replenishment processes

• Determine the appropriate allocations strategy for both new and existing product based on current stock levels and sales forecast/trend and make recommendations to planner

• Manage the seamless execution of shipment dispatch & booking with freight forwarder network. Partner with Logistics and DC operations to identify product flow improvement opportunities within our supply chain

• Closely monitor the status of all open purchase orders with production team. Ensuring planned X fty dates are met and notifying the planner if any issues arise and proposing mitigation strategies as needed. 

• Generate all skus and create purchase orders for all products and provide up to date reporting on current PO and inventory status: On order, In Transit & Received at Warehouse

• Liase with ecommerce,  wholesale and marketing teams to provide all relevant product information: pricing, sku details etc. 

• Analyze and prepare weekly selling reporting on the business and share with total company 

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all systems and processes used  to facilitate replenishment and allocation responsibilities.
